So why is it that only salesmen get bonuses, while the people who do the actual work get jack? Any idiot with nice boobs and nice hair can sell a product, but it's usually down to the worker bees to pull it off, so they should be the ones to get a bonus. In fact, this is probably normal work procedure.
Customer: I want X and Y, within 6 weeks
Sales girl: You got it! In fact we'll Package in Q with X and Y and we'll do it with in half the time!
Customer: woo hoo!
Sales girl to manager: We got an order!
Manager: great job, I'll get this down to the peons chained to the desks
Manager to workerbee: Here we got a new order
workerbee: When do they need it by?
Manager: 3 weeks
workerbee: shoot me now
